With over examples of original and kehrsald sentences, this book provides information about editing techniques, grammar, and usage for every writer from the student to the published author A good point of reference, I’m not sure reading it straight through like I did was especially helpful and indeed I stopped about halfway through; for me it would serve a better reference for specific purposes I might look up.
I’ll return to the Glossary of Questionable Usage when I have usage questions.
But we need to know they are only ever a starting point. There is no advice on drafting, organizing, revising, etc.

The most important lesson is: With over examples of original and edited sentences, this book provides information about editing techniques, grammar, kehhrwald usage for every writer from the student to the published author The aim of this book, as it more or less relates to the writer, is one of phrasing and word choice for the purpose of meaning. Even though useful to read once, I’m not convinced it will be a good reference book.
The book can be dry, but it’s darned efficient. I fo If you think you write well as I liine I strongly recommend reading this book.
