Joe Dispenza shares numerous documented cases of those who reversed cancer, heart disease, depression, crippling arthritis, and even the tremors of Parkinson’s disease by believing jie a placebo.
Must read – you will never the be same again!! And it might have felt less repetitive if reading and practical were mixed. We do have choices and bteaking do not have to live our lives as victims of circumstances.

Excellent book however an accompanying PDF download would have been good as he references images a lot. What an amazing book!!! You get a sugar pill instead of the real medicine and it works solely because you believe it would. Sometimes we give up after a while. It goes in depth, great tone, and great flow. I wouldn’t know, apparently the guy is a success, so there are people out there who listen to this crud. This isn’t a book that you just sit down to read cover-to-cover in one shot.
It could have been a great book if he’d stuck to his wheelhouse psychology and avoided tangents on science that are completely unfounded and absurd. It is full of “see illustration A” or B etc.

Excellent Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? Bad habits repeat themselves again and again breakong because you don’t want to change, but because you have the wrong system for change.
What balance of new activities and familiar favorites is the most fulfilling? By throwing around ‘quantum’ and other buzzwords, he essentially covers up the fact that what he’s really trying to convince you is that you can just wish for whatever you want, and as long as you wish it hard enough, it will h I enjoyed the first book, and I wish I would have stopped there.
