The main characters were okay. My go-to author for relaxation and enjoyment! The mystery was delightfully intricate. This the second I have read this book and I had missed so much it was like reading it for the first time. What a must-read story! Soon Jessy and Dillon find themselves thrown together in this mystery and team up to try to solve this crime.

She gambles to keep her grandfather happy. She does an excellent job of combining mystery, the paranormal, and romance to make a good story. I have read all of the Hunter investiation series and this one is the best. Though heeather kept stressing how much “danger” Jessy was in, only two dangerous things happened to her before the climax hit.
