I’d like to shift it a little to something I’m not sure you’ve been asked about before.

I am not sure if I am most angry at the author for writing it, the publisher for publishing it, or Meera for suggusting it. E tako sam ja ponovo pao na sinopsis na koricama knjige His words are interesting and haunting–you will end up going through the stages of grief disbelief, anger, all that and then ultimately understand the uniqueness of what you have experienced, even if you weren’t totally let into that very bizarre experience.

I appreciate the efforts of Lin whose characters bemoan and resent their ‘McJobs’ in Domino’s and Denny’s; victims of a dream-crushing, capitalist system. I had such high hopes, and it was awful.

Like Moore’s characters, there are a lot of plays on language and within each story, a return to the same images or ideas — or jokes.

Eeeee Eee Eeee by Tao Lin

Archived from the original on While definitely not on par with Richard Yates and Taipei, Eeeeee Eee Eeee does have a lot of the elements that fans will expect in a Tao Lin novel isolation and loneliness, some violence and sex, drugs. This is definitely slice of life stuff, with a surreal twist. I thought it felt brisk and pleasant and lightly weird.

I like books that arrange words in nice ways. In Eeeee Eee Eeee the main character’s parents were born in Germany. Not enough can be said about Tao Lins writing.

Nobody but me is telling me I should love and admire it. Archived from the original on July 26, Seja o primeiro a avaliar este item Lista de mais vendidos da Amazon: Melville House has a knack for these things. I did like his book of poetry. A bear is working on a novel.

The book features selections from eight years of their tweets at nine different Twitter accounts, as well as visual art by each author, footnotes, and “Extras”. Now I wanted to rate it 5 stars as the most insightful thing in the world. I like this book. Add some dolphins and maybe a bear. Lin made a series of vlogs on his YouTube channel thecitystills between and This is the worst book i’ve ever read.

But really do we care? Otis would not like that. This book is to absurdity what Super Flat Times is to nausea. If nothing else, check this book out to see what the President’s ringtone is. Having already bought all of the novels I thought I should definitely keep reading in the hope that something else marvellous may happen. This book is definitely worth reading.

He is forgiving, but only if you have something to offer. When people want to try Tao Lin, I suggest this to start because it is his most accessible work. I recognized a lot of my own thoughts and feelings in the book.

More so than in most novels. But Lin can also produce the feelings of existential wonder that all good novelists provoke. And thus I feel like this book, no matter how silly and show offy it eeed in parts, is something of a surrealist masterpiece of experimental and humorous fiction.

This book was recommended by a friend and I started reading it.
