I loved the premise of this paranormal. I did like the switching between Savannah and Tristan; however I never felt like the author really captured Tristan’s voice that of a teenage male.

The storyline is more focussed upon the relationship growing and changing between Savannah and Tristan. While I find this slightly worrying, the publisher has no grounds to be nervous. Yes, I used a lot of sarcasm in the previous paragraph, but you have to admit how stupid it sounds. Their teenage relationship is chock full of insta! If the plot was a little faster, I may have lasted longer with the book.

At first I wasn’t sure if I was going to like Crave.

Crave is full of secrets, magic, and lots of forb I promise you that when you pick up Crave you will not be able to put it down. Until she gets very, very “sick” and things begin to change.

If nothing else, you’d think she’d at least be curious about her own possibilities. Melissa Darnell Recommended to fans of: This book contains alternating 1st-person! I am curious as to where the author will take them next.

I expected a lot more from Crave and in all honesty it delivered very little.

And talk about c,ann families, we were bountiful. I just realized that’s a girl on the cover. My judges gathered in a tight half circle a few fee away. I like how she starts sticking up for herself when she gets bullied. The latter is not advised by the way, not because it could hurt your head, but mostly because your keyboard will probably not appreciate it.

This supernatural young adult novel is a very hard beast for me to categorize within my usual melisxa. Savannah has never understood the turn of events that took her best friend from her in the fourth grade, but years later at the age of sixteen, she still misses him.

And the girls surprised me by actually getting a little bit sad and nostalgic for the old days, and I thought, “Hey, this could be a really great subplot and subversion” I care about who people are, not what they look like. My school is running an ebook trial, so I borrowed this, thinking that it looked really crvae. I expected a lot more from Crave and in all honesty it delivered very little.

I just wasn’t crazy about this book. And I felt bad for both of them – other people kept trying to control their lives.
