I longed for David to give into his desires, but I loved his honorable behavior no matter how torturous it was for them both. So I don’t have any expectation ion this book. She’ll eat your soul instead of deal with the awkward ‘morning after’ I just really struggled to get into it but then I am thinking that might have been more to do with the kids extra high levels of insanity this week.
I would recommend this book to all my friends that believe fantasies really do come true and even a few that don’t.

Please email webmaster fantasticfiction. She could have easily gone compromisihg traditional playboy trope route, but she chose a more complex and character driven conflict.
She may be small, but she’s larger than life and strangely the perfect match for David. There is nothing special in writing but the plot is great and cute.

For a shorter read, this was funny and hot. They end up taking things slow, and with a lot of ups and downs, finally fall in love with each other. Sophie is all about the attachments after caring for ailing elderly parents for several years, plus she is just a “helper” type. Rich with emotion and sinfully sexy, the book isn’t for anyone who prefers poeitions sex scene to fade to black like an old movie. It is a great trait but after she was completely manipulated she was totally okay with it.
It was also sweet to see him open up to Sophie and the possibility of something more with her. Besides the sensual positions he has to endure without embarrassing himself in public, there s an embezzler stealing from his company. Falling for someone who deserves so much more?
